If your partner makes a purchase then it is up to them to either pay through the app or make a claim in order for them to receive their discount or cashback, but for your leads, you as the business owner are responsible for letting your partners know when you have made a sale.

You can do this by creating a claim on the lead, this is as simple as adding the sale amount, sale date and any reference you wish to add… refrra will calculate the referral fees and create the claim at a tap of a button.

To track and manage the claims that have been registered to your business, simply navigate to your Businesses Account and tap on the “Claims” Tab. Here you can view all the pending claims that are waiting to be paid, your scheduled claims that you have added a pay-out date on (this lets the referral partner know when you are looking to pay them) and of course the claims that have been paid.
