To get paid you need to associate your bank account to your refrra account, we can hold payments up to 90 days for you so you're welcome to add your bank account at any time and we will notify you when you have payments pending.

If you do not add a bank account prior to the 90 days receipt of payment, additional fees may apply to recover the funds, please review our terms and conditions for more information.

To add a bank account please follow the below steps:

  1. Open the account drawer by tapping on your profile image in the top left corner of the screen, you can access this button from the listing screens like groups, offers, partners or leads

  2. Tap on your profile again or where it says “Manage Account”

  3. Tap on the “Wallet” tab

  4. Tap on the + button located on the “Bank Account” section of the screen

  5. Complete the form including your id image or document

  6. Wait for the success notification, this could be instant or could take up to 48 hours to be verified

As soon as the verification is complete, you will receive any held payouts into your associated bank account, we are looking forward to increasing our payment options and will update you when other forms of payment retrieval are available.
